My name is Yury and I am the owner here at Patron Mexican Bar & Grill, I have been here since the beginning, you could say I am the face of the restaurant since you will most likely see me daily serving and greeting customers.

I was born in Peru and I've lived in California for over 18 years. I've worked in the restaurant business all of my life, bringing expertise, fine dining, and sincere hospitality to restaurants.

In 2016 we saw there was a need in Conejo Valley to bring authentic Mexican cuisine to Newbury Park CA, so, the first Patron Mexican Bar & Grill was opened in Newbury Park. Upon opening, one of our goals was to not only make amazing authentic Mexican food but to give each customer great service and a great experience, we are a very family-friendly environment with a menu for the little ones as well.
